I contacted James Thursday afternoon. I needed my water heater drained; a toilet that was not flushing correctly fixed. He said he could come on Friday morning and get the work done. While he was looking at the toilet, I mentioned I needed a new shower head. He said he could get that done also. He helped me pick out a shower head. While doing a thorough check of the water heater he noticed the people who installed it put a pan inside the pan that was already there, which was blocking the drain pipe hole in the original pan. He fixed that issue. He installed the new shower head and repaired the toilet. He is a very skilled and professional plumber. He did a GREAT job fixing all my plumbing issues. James has been my plumber for several years. Excellent plumber. He has done several projects at my house. Including a complex setup with multiple washing machines and all the associated piping, a modification to my pool PVC drain valve, a gas dryer regulator installation to existing gas line, and other miscellaneous plumbing work. A+++
James was so helpful and very thorough in his explanation of how he would resolve my problems with my plumbing. He is very honest and prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend him for any job and will be calling him with any future issues I may have in the future.
